Lectureship: Sound Communication & Design
Since 2009 I am responsible for the “Sound Communication and Design” course at the University of Applied Sciences in Berlin.

About the course:
The course is about designing sound environments from systematic planning to implementation. As a part of the study course “Visual & Motion Design” and “Interface Design” the focus is on sound design & production for media and art. In combination with an ongoing work the students explore matters such as: auditory perception, acoustic concepts, acoustic communication, anthropology and ecology of sound, soundscape, microphone usage, sound design, music in relation to moving images, sound engineering and composition.
