Finally, the FACELESS exhibition comes to Berlin as part of Gallery Weekend Berlin. Once again my work Pixelhead will be part of the exhibition and I will also be DJing at the opening party.

I’ve been invited by Hessisches Landesmuseum Darmstadt to give a talk about privacy and to show one related artwork of mine in the context of their first ‚Blackout Privacy‘ conference and exhibition. Unfortunately, due to time issues, I had to cancel the talk, but my Pixelhead will be shown there. After the mentioned event, my work will be shown for another 4 weeks at inch & cm Gallery, Darmstadt.
After Vienna and Amsterdam, FACELESS in smaller format as part of the Computers, Privacy and Data Protection – CPDP comes to Brussels at De Markten. Opening on 21st of January. The exhibition will be followed by a symposium, guided tours and presentations.
For WHITEvoid and Bertron Schwarz Frey, we (aconica – creative lab for sound + media) we worked on an interactive multimedia installation for the reopening of the Mendelssohn-Haus museum.
Once again my work Pixelhead will be shown at the FACELESS exhibition. Faceless was exhibited in two separate parts at freiraum quartier21 in Vienna. The installation at Mediamatic Amsterdam marks the first time the exhibition can be viewed as a whole. Curated by artist Bogomir Doringer in support of Brigitte Felderer.

The exhibition ’On Watching and Being Seen’ explores the voyeur and the exhibitionist in both older and contemporary works, especially work that responds to the impact of social media and technology in defining what is private and what is public.
Kreuzberg Pavillon will host an experimental interacting groupshow on May the 18th 2013 with naked walls, one single catalogue and 10 selected artists, whose works will be given and carried by the visitors during the duration of the opening. My work Pixelhead will be one of the 10 artworks.
